Operational since June 2019, the Command and Control Centre (CCC) plays a key role in ensuring the performance and availability of Government ICT Systems connected to the GINS infrastructure. It provides continuous monitoring of software, hardware, and network devices that support the daily operations of Ministries and Departments.

The CCC oversees more than 120 systems, including around 500 servers and virtual machines, as well as over 575 ETRs and 400+ routers across the GINS network, and over 100 websites.

Using its monitoring tools, the CCC performs proactive health checks 24/7. When thresholds are exceeded, alerts are automatically generated and sent to authorised CISD staff, Heads of Ministries and Departments, and other stakeholders defined in the Escalation Matrix—ensuring rapid response and minimal disruption.
